Kitchen - is shared with the Host The Guest may use refrigerator, microwave, and pantry, stove top. You are expected to thoroughly clean up after yourself. Dining room - is shared with Host. Please consume your meals in the kitchen at the kitchen island, or at the dining room table. Bathroom-There is a full bath with shower and tub shared with Airbnb guest if the other listing is rented out. Laundry room - in General, the washer and dryer are Not for the guest's use. However, the long term guest is welcome to make one load per week using his/her own detergent and fabric softener. The respective Guest must operate washer and dryer with the host assistance. Patio - guest are welcome to enjoy sitting on the rear court side patio deck. Your private room is an average size bedroom with a new queen size firm mattress and new pillows. It has 2 nightstands and plenty of light. You are invited to use the nightstand drawers if needed for clothing, and there are hangers in the closet for your use. Our respective Guest cannot accommodate other guest, friends or gatherings. The Memorial Park can be accessed from the backside of the house. Parking is available at different location will be explained by the host upon checking in. For sure you can smoke outdoor Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets due to allergy.
