Private room simple , clean and convenient for a professional worker The space It is an excellent space for the professional individual traveling for work, the person, away for sights and adventure, and perfect for the couple in the area seeking a comfortable place to rest after a busy day of activities. Our home is nestled in a very pleasant and nice community of parks and bicycle paths. It is near grocery stores, restaurants and attached to the memorial park. It is only 30 minute drive from the Portland airport. However, the location is few minutes to I-5 and 205. Guest access Kitchen use is limited to use microwave, sink , making coffee and refill drinking water. Cooking is not allowed. Laundry - in General, the washer and dryer are Not for the guest's use. However, the long term guest is welcome to make one load per week using his/her own detergent and fabric softener. The respective Guest must operate washer and dryer with the host assistance. Patio - guest are welcome to enjoy sitting on the rear court side patio deck. Your private room is an average size bedroom with a new queen size firm mattress and new pillows. It has 2 nightstands and plenty of light. You are invited to use the nightstand drawers if needed for clothing, and there are hangers in the closet for your use. Other things to note Our respective Guest cannot accommodate other guest, friends or gatherings. The Memorial Park can be accessed from the backside of the house. Parking is available at different location will be explained by the host upon checking in. For sure you can smoke outdoor Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets due to allergy.
