Pine Mountain Lake has 3 beaches where you can play and enjoy the beach. The water taxi (seasonal) can take you from beach to beach, Dunn Court Beach, Marina Beach and Lake Lodge Beach. Community pool, country club dining, proshop, golf course and tennis courts. The space Our Lake house is located in the beautiful gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. There is 24 hour security (no parties) there is a golf course, country club with dining, tennis courts, community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, three sandy beaches on the lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: expansive sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack, sailboat, kayak, paddle board, paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open during the summer months only. This property features, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, lots of gorgeous views and a private dock. Spacious 500sqft deck with gorgeous lake view. The house is not recomended for young children or elderly due to all the stairs There are 2 cameras on the property on the outside only. Maximum Occupancy 12 people. Only those on the guest list will be allowed on the property. No day guest. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property. A copy of your drivers license is required within 24 hours of booking Covid Guidelines We follow CDC guidelines. Please ask for more information about our covid protocols BEFORE booking. Can guests launch their own boats? Per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules, guests are NOT allowed to launch their own stand up paddle boats, boats or watercrafts of any kind on Pine Mountain Lake. Not to worry we have plenty of water toys you may use. Kayaks / paddle boards, floats, if you want other options you can rent sailboats, kayaks paddle boards paddle boats at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. Please bring your own beach towels. Linens Sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows and bath towels are provided for guest use. Gated Community Access Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $44 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to Pine Mountain Lake HOA. The price subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8 or more nights will require additional fees as per Pine Mountain Lake Association. Please be aware that weekends and summer season may constitute long wait times to check into the gate. Please plan your stay accordingly. Large Gatherings are not Allowed A maximum of 12 people (including children & infants) are permitted on the property premises. Only those listed on your guest list are allowed to be on the property. No day visitors allowed. Boats There are paddle boards and kayaks on the property for guest use ONLY They are not washed for guests arrival. Guests are responsible for washing boats for their own use. Please do not leave your children unattended when using the boats. Life Jackets There are life jackets available, however, we suggest that you bring your own. Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boats. Swimming at the dock Swimming only permitted 30 feet from the dock. Please do NOT use the neighbors dock. This property has interior and exterior stairways. Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Are Pets and Animals Allowed? No pets of any kind allowed on the premises. No exceptions. Noise Ordinance: Please refrain from loud music and loud noise. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8AM. Guest access Guest may use private dock, kayaks, paddle boards. We have a few life jackets guest may use. Other things to note The lake/dock access may be steep for elderly or children. Please take the provided path and stay off the neighbors property. There are cameras on the outside of the house (front door and driveway) to make sure there are not too many people or cars. Only 4 cars can be in the driveway and no street parking is allowed or the car will be towed. This is a family style gated community so no parties, quiet hours are 10pm to 8am and no noise on Sunday. There will be a $500 fee if there are any unauthorized parties or unauthorized guest. Absolutely no pets. No smoking! There is a propane tank in the front yard for this house. This is a 5mph lake. No outside boats, no jet skiing. You may rent a boat or kayak at the marina.
