Cabin 20 is a larger sized cabin that begins with one of our medium sized porches. The front door opens up to a combined larger kitchen and living room area. Past that is the first bathroom. Next to it is a larger bedroom with two queen beds. Down a short hallway is the second larger bedroom with two queen beds; there is another bathroom inside this bedroom. This second bedroom also connects to another porch. The space If you are looking for very upscale accommodations then we are not the place for you. Our cabins are older and more rustic, offering authentic, homey cabin experiences for you and your family. Our cabins include everything from a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, Charcoal BBQ grill, furnished linens/towels/blankets, Cable TV, A/C, heaters, and fireplaces. Firewood can be purchased through us. We are located in the heart of Ruidoso: five to ten minutes away from everything in town while still being surrounded by trees and animal life. We have a hiking path behind us that leads to the river, a park, and The Pony Ring (selling Roasted Corn). Our cabins are meant for the experience and provide the luxury of memories made together, instead of fancifulness. Guest access Please come to the office to pick up your key. You can do a contactless check-in as long as your reservation is updated with the correct guest count and pet count. Please call the office to let us know your preference. Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Checkout is at 11am. You may contact the office to discuss a later checkout time. Please do not show up with more guests than you initially booked unless you have spoken with the office. You will be responsible for any extra guest fees. If you bring more guests than the cabin can sleep, you will have to rent another cabin; if one is not available your extra guest will not be allowed to stay. We are not responsible for any lost items or items left behind. Other things to note We are pet friendly. The fee is $10 per pet, per night. Guests are responsible for this payment before entering the cabin. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. We offer gas grills at $10 your entire stay. We do sometimes have to share the gas grills amongst the cabins as we only have five available to rent. Charcoal grills are free and come with each cabin. Charcoal is not provided. We sell firewood in two sizes. Please ask the office for details upon arrival. Any damages caused by guests to the cabins will be charged to them, prices determined by incidents.
