The space The ground floor is composed of 1 bedroom with a double bed and TV, a bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet. On this same floor you will have access to a children's playroom in which you will find a sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people. You will have access to an outdoor area with a swimming pool composed of 6 deckchairs, lunch table for 6 people, small garden furniture as well as open parking with the possibility of parking 2 cars. The first floor overlooks a beautiful open and equipped kitchen. Connect to the dining room, including a TV and two sofas, this one gives a breathtaking view of Nancy. The kitchen is open on a veranda in which you will find a lunch table for 14 people. It gives you direct access to the huge garden. In the garden, a corner is arranged with outdoor furniture to relax as well as children's games (swing, slides) . Floor 1 is also composed of an office, a master bedroom, a bathroom with two sinks as well as a separate toilet. The second floor opens to a nice little entrance in which you will find two children's bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The children's rooms are only available for photo shoots. We encourage you to leave the pool in a clean condition otherwise, 300 euros will be deducted from your deposit.
