Total of 2 Bedrooms: ▪Primary Suite: 1 queen bed, ensuite bathroom. ▪Guest Suite : 2 twin beds ▪Bathrooms Total: 2 ▪Primary Suite Bathroom: Full bathroom, Combination tub/shower, toilet. ▪Guest Suite Bathroom: Half bathroom, with just Toilet. ▪Kitchen: Full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,cooking basics. ▪Luxury Living: Flat screen smart Tv, dining table, Private balcony overlooking the bay. ▪Outdoor Area: Private pier, Grill, back patio with sitting area overlooking the bay, Picnic table. ▪Miscellaneous: Washer/dryer, free WiFi, central heating and A/C, ceiling fans, complementary starter pack of toiletries, fresh linens/towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. The property features an automated deadbolt that can be unlocked using the access code provided at check-in. We will send you a guest portal link where you can find the access code and the digital guidebook. Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings. We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.
