Guests will have private access to the studio unit and it will not be shared with any other guests. The upper level is a separate private residence with no access. Large community pool directly behind our unit. There is a community beach volleyball court. Guests will be provided their own code to access the property. This property is located within a gated townhouse community. There will be one parking pass provided which will allow you to park in a guest spot within the community.
