Welcome to our kid-friendly home away from home! Bring the whole family or your employees and colleagues here to relax. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Close to the sand dunes, Martinez Lake, and anything in Yuma or The Foothills. Enjoy lounging by the pool or an outdoor barbecue. You can also shoot some pool inside. Dine together with your large group or family indoors or out! The space Five dedicated sleeping spaces. Oversized sectional with pullout twin bed. Dedicated desk and work area in loft. Two massive dining tables indoors and outside. Grab the kitchen chairs for added seating for inside dining room! Full bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs with a half bathroom downstairs and another in the outside suite. Guest access You have access to the entire home with the exception of the closet under the stairs. That’s for our amazing cleaning team who meticulously prepared for your stay. You can absolutely use the garage. Additionally, you can park on the driveway and along the street! Other things to note You will find a few legacy electronic systems throughout the house (various in wall speakers, outdoor speakers and a couple tvs outside and in garage ). These are intentionally retired in place in an effort to reduce noise for our neighbors and simplify your stay. We want to continue to serve guests for the foreseeable future! Keeping our neighbors happy is vital. Please enjoy the tvs that are installed inside the home by using the volume on the remote. You are welcome to use the portable bluetooth speakers we left on the counter for your stay! The pool heater is also retired in place. It will be hot enough! Trust us:) Pool cleaning is on Tuesday and Friday mornings. To turn pool fountain on walk outside to the left toward the grass. Continue through the black gate immediately on your left is a box that says Pentair. Open it and then follow the labels in there! Please leave it closed and turn it off when you’re done!
