The 2 story single family house in this beautifully renovated with modern comforts and is located a short walk to Lakeview Park, Two Harbors downtown area restaurants, Castle Danger Brewery, Agate Bay, and so much more; the prime location of this house makes it the perfect hub for all of your North Shore adventures. The large kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials, large living area, and full laundry setup, there's truly nothing to want for. The main level boasts 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a small half bath. The large backyard is a great place to relax with friends and family in the summer or take a moment for yourself and air conditioning is provided seasonally from mid May to mid October to keep you comfortable indoors. We provide bedding, towels, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, the kitchen is stocked with your basic essentials, family friendly games, access to Hulu and Netflix, off street parking located behind the house and so much more! You can travel with ease knowing this property is dog friendly. When you arrive your pooch will be greeted with a comfy 100% memory foam dog bed, food & water bowls for their dining needs and waste bags for easy clean up. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75 per dog. No other pets are permitted. Pet rules are as followed: 1. Keep dog(s) off all furniture. 2. Dog(s) must be leashed outside of the home at all times. 3. Clean up all waste prior to check out. Come stay and make this cozy little gem your home away from home.
