Also on the top floor is a lovely living room complete with a leather couch and hardwood tables as well as a big comfortable chair in the corner-perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset! There is a large TV as well as board games for entertainment-perhaps time for a game of checkers or chess? There is also a wonderful gas fireplace which lights at the touch of a button. Right next to the fireplace is a leather recliner-perfect for reading a book by the fire. There is also a solid wood dining table -perfect for family dinners. The master bedroom is also on the top floor which has a king bed with high thread count sheets as well as a super comfortable mattress and a well appointed master bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The downstairs also has its own little patio with cozy chairs to take a quiet moment for yourself.
