The space The open floor plan of this villa provides a comfortable and social atmosphere, allowing guests to relax on the sectional while chatting with those in the kitchen or dining area. A brand new 65 inch smart TV is positioned in the living area next to a cozy gas fireplace and can be viewed from the brand new 8 person dining table or the three additional bar seats. The kitchen is well-equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid gas range and stove. Guests will find all the necessary small appliances for their daily coffee or tea, a quick lunch, a full dinner, or happy hour blended margaritas. The welcoming entryway and dining area feature counter seating with barstools for three additional guests. The master bedroom, located off the main living space, has a private entry to the outdoor patio and stunning mountain views from the king size bed. Guests can enjoy a brand new 55 inch TV mounted above the gas fireplace and relax in the ensuite bathroom, which features double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The patio is furnished with an electric grill and a table for four for outdoor dining. Please note that parties are not allowed in the villa. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a 55 inch smart TV, and a desk, providing guests with a private workspace throughout the day. Across the hall is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a large vanity. The second master bedroom comes with a queen bed, a 55 inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy the satellite pools and spas located just a one-minute walk from the villa, including the "quiet pool" with stunning mountain views. Don't forget to bring a refreshing poolside beverage! The main pool area, featuring a large spa, an adult lap pool, a children's beach entry pool with splash pads, and free cabanas on a first-come, first-served basis, is just a five-minute walk near the clubhouse. Pool towels are provided for guests' convenience. For those in need of extra sleeping space, a rollaway bed is available in the guest bedroom, a crib is located in the second master closet, and a pack and play is available for an additional toddler or baby. The villa is family-friendly and provides two high chairs, children's dishes and utensils, sippy cups, sound machines in each bedroom, a cordless baby monitor, nightlights, outlet covers, and a Wyze camera that guests can program as needed for their little ones. A wagon is also provided for guests to load their little ones and pool accessories to the main pool. A double stroller and an umbrella stroller are also available in the garage! Guest access Guests staying at our villa will enjoy full access to the entire space, with the exception of the locked Owners Closet and the restocking cabinet in the garage. We want to ensure your privacy and convenience during your stay. To make your arrival stress-free, we have implemented keyless entry. This means that you can arrive at your own convenience without the need to coordinate a face-to-face meeting. No rushing necessary! Rest assured, you'll have the freedom to come and go as you please during your stay at our villa. Your comfort and independence are our top priorities. Additionally, we have a manned security gate upon arrival to ensure the safety and privacy of our guests. This gate requires each named guest to provide their information for access to the property. We take security seriously and strive to provide a secure and peaceful environment for all our guests. Other things to note Please be aware that the pool hours are currently from 9am to 10pm daily, and the fitness center hours are from 7am to 7pm daily. However, please note that these hours and amenities are subject to change without prior notice. While Legacy Villas is situated in a stunning cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, it is important to exercise caution in the surrounding area. The villa is serviced by a pest control company on a monthly basis to prevent any unwanted guests, but there is still a possibility that they may appear. Additionally, guests should be mindful of potential hazards such as rock falls, rattlesnakes, venomous insects and spiders, coyotes, raccoons, and flash flooding in the event of moderate rainfall.
