Inside has a full kitchen with a sprawling bar top. Enjoy the 3 acres of nature and peace and quiet minutes from the lake and cities! This cabin is classic. Quirky and full of character. The living space is very open. The kitchen has an open Bar top with stools for guests. Living room/dining area keep everyone in the conversation and give access to an articulating 40 inch smart Tv for the time indoors. The bedrooms are moderate in size with 1 housing a queen memory foam mattress, the second with two twins and a closet and a separate walk in master with full laundry and bath The whole property is yours to use. Walk the driveway 4 times and you are at a mile without leaving you renting space. The fruit trees are yours to pick if they are ripe. Any deadwood on the property can be used as firewood. Please do not cut any trees down. We handle this remotely. However due to the nature of our work schedule any issues that arise can be handled almost immediately! Cumberland Gap community. Homes on 3 plus acres. Animals and farms prevalent. Roosters, Chickens, Cattle and Herd dogs can be heard at various times throughout the day. Occasionally the local Pyranees Ranch dogs will come visit. They are very friendly Vehicles required. Short drive to town down the Mountain side on Highway 79. 10 Minutes to Walls of Jericho Trail head. 20 minutes to John Reid Parkway, Scottsboro and 2 different boat ramps. 40-45 to Huntsville This cabin has its quirks. If they cause any issue please let us know so that we can make it right. The property line is partially marked at the North side of the property. Access is via custom PIN. This Cabin is Rural. Please understand that there are animals that make noises and you are in a rural farm prevalent area. Absolutely NO Hunting on or near the premises! All areas surrounding are private property and there are animals and homes around. The nature is for enjoyment only
