La Caleta d 'Altea is a luxury tourist residence located on the beachfront and in one of the most exclusive and unique spaces in Altea, Cala del Soio. The project is designed for couples and families who want to enjoy the sun, tranquility and the town of Altea, in a heavenly setting. Guests can enjoy the sunrises and the sound of the waves on a terrace and a 90 m² garden, for exclusive use and with direct access to the beach. The space At La Caleta, we're fully aware of the need to have all spaces and items disinfected. So, we've created a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol that we carry out after each departure. Additionally, we provide disposable cleaning and disinfecting supplies to guests in case they want to use them during their stay. A thorough cleaning is carried out before each new entry. The residence is designed for up to four guests. It has three fully equipped bedrooms with new beds and mattresses, one of them with a view of the beach, a 1.50 m * 1.90 m bed and a built-in closet, the other with two 90 cm * 2 m single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and the third with two 90 cm * 2 m single beds. Two of the three bedrooms feature A/C, heating, and a ceiling fan. All three bedrooms include linens and towels for guests. The house has 2 full bathrooms, one integrated en-suite and another with direct access from the living room. Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Guests are also given bath and beach towels. The living room and kitchen form a fully integrated space, designed to enjoy a direct ocean view from any point, while cooking or enjoying a conversation with a good wine. The living room has a sofa with very large seats, a table, and a Smart TV integrated into the environment, where you can enjoy more than 200 international channels. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen in the shape of an island is fully equipped with kitchenware and a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker that includes Nespresso capsules, kettle and 4-burner ceramic hob with all the necessary cooking utensils. The house has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house, including a unit in the living room and two units in the bedrooms. The terrace is equipped with a very spacious table and 4 very comfortable armchairs, from which you can enjoy spectacular views of Cala del Soio and Peñón de Ifach, while enjoying a good breakfast or lunch. Also noteworthy is the Mediterranean-designed garden with a predominance of Mediterranean plants and bonsai-type olive trees, from which you can directly access the beach. Guest access The residential complex also offers a community pool with direct access from the house. The residence also has 1 large and spacious parking space located in the same building. Guests can enjoy certain welcome products and details completely free of charge. There is a local supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants within a 100-meter radius. Additionally, and taking a very pleasant walk along the beach, guests can also enjoy several restaurants and beach bars located right on the beach, where they can taste a wide variety of Mediterranean food products.
