Come stay at Breezy Bungalow. 2 night min stay, 3 night min for Holidays and during July and August. No Saturday check-in or check-out. The natural light is amazing throughout this cottage. This 2 bedroom cottage includes a bonus flex room that can be used as a 3rd bedroom or a hang out area. You will walk thru the flex room to get to the main bedroom. There is a wall curtain between the rooms that can be used for privacy. The flex room also features a ceiling fan, window A/C, chair, blanket chest, 32 inch TV, dresser and a twin XL bed. The other 2 bedrooms are typical of cottages built in the 1940's. They are smaller than today's bedrooms, but they both feature a queen bed, closet, and dresser. For those hot days there are 3 window A/C units and 2 ceiling fans which cool the house very efficiently. For those of you who prefer the fresh air, screens are available in the other windows where most days you can enjoy the breeze from the lake. Your secluded back patio is very private and includes a patio table w/ chairs, Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill and a wood burning firepit. Boat trailer parking! The concrete driveway is 42+- feet long and should easily fit your boat and tow vehicle, plus room for another car in front of the garage. Boat launch 1 minute away. The garage is not part of the rental. The garage is occasionally accessed by the owners and maintenance. The ramp leading to the house has been removed. I am available virtually. My co-host lives in the neighborhood and is available in person most of the time and can stop by to handle any concerns. Quiet resort neighborhood in the Hamlin Lake area. Boat rentals next door. Public Park with boat launch and small playground within a 2 minute walk. Short drive (5-10 min) to the State Park, beaches, or downtown. 2 miles from Bowling Center, restaurant, biergarten, convenience store, bouncy houses. You can travel the neighborhood by car, bike, or on foot. Parking is not allowed on the street. If you are bringing a pet, please message me through the Airbnb system for pre-approval (size and breed), and make sure to review house rules for pets. Pet Fee is $75 per stay and will automatically be added to your nightly rate when you have added your pet to the guest list. Max 5 total guests including children and infants.
