The Beach House - Port Elliot

A gorgeous beach house, comfortable with all amenities, large decking and secluded garden. A two minute stroll to premiere beaches. Great for swimming / surfing / hiking / biking / whale watching or just unwinding with a nice red / book on the deck. Lots of cafes and wineries in the town and local area. You can’t see the beach from here but you can hear it! The space It's gorgeous, comfy, close to the beach and secluded. All amenities provided including basic provisions, games, selection of DVD's / books & ridiculously fast internet (recent addition:) A full kitchen renovation and new floor boards throughout in 2019 has achieved the relaxed modern beach feel we love. We hope you do to :) Guest access Check in at 2.00pm or later; Check out by 10.00am please (these times can be negotiated if need be). You will have sole access to the whole property. Other things to note Please note that the house is definitely a non smoking house. If smoking outside please dispose of cigarette buts in the bin (not the garden beds) The house is on LPG gas for heating - if per chance they run out during your stay, you can switch it to the second cylinder (outside, adjacent rainwater tank), or alternatively use the reverse cycle air conditioner. There is also a reverse split system air cond in the master bedroom. Quilt & covers/ pillows & slips and blankets are provided . Fresh linen (Q-size and singles) and bath towels are also supplied. You will need to bring your own beach towels however:) No pets allowed, as mentioned previously (although there is room for negotiation on this). There are no parties or functions to be held at the property.
