Barrington Oasis: Waterview with an Inground Pool!

You and your family will love our "Barrington Family Resort", complete with an inground pool, water access to the Palmer River (we provide three kayaks, a paddleboard and lifejackets for your use, or bring your own!), a fun and coastal atmosphere, all on a quiet, dead-end street. Kids will love the lower level playroom with ping-pong table, big comfy sectional sofa, TV & Wii, and exercise bike. Working from home? We have a dedicated office space for your use, too. Or just relax and enjoy! Our home is a split-level raised ranch decorated in a bright and coastal style. This is our family home so our belongings will be present (books and games, clothing and toiletries, pantry/freezer provisions, etc.) and is best suited for families who want to enjoy a quiet getaway on the water. But, if you do have to work during your stay, we have a private office space for you to use! There is a bedroom with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom, a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, and a third bedroom with two twins. For our safety and yours when using the pool, river and kayaks/paddleboard, we have a waiver form that absolves host responsibility. All areas; the listing is for the entire home and outdoor spaces. We will be available by phone or text, and have many resources in town for anything that might come up during your stay. Barrington is a lovely coastal suburb 15 minutes from Providence, 10 minutes to the funky towns of Warren and Bristol, and 40 minutes to Newport. We have a fun town center with unique shops and a few great seafood restaurants, too! The East Bay Bike Path is close by and runs from Providence to Bristol. Barrington Town Beach is 10 minutes away, and non-resident day passes are $10. It's a calm, bay beach and a beautiful place to spend the day. Free tennis courts and a nature walking trail are within walking distance, as is an elementary school with playground. Bring your bikes for the East Bay Bike Path! Having a car is recommended as well. LYFT and UBER do service our area and there is public transportation (RI Bus Service), but most people prefer to drive to their destinations.
