Unique Home Near Temple and Parks, great for famil

The whole family will have a pleasant stay in this unique home! Our 4 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 9 of your closest family or friends. This place is great for kids, as we provide all the necessities. From a highchair, to a pack-n-play, to a play set in the back. The back yard is fenced for all the outdoor fun! If this isn't enough, there are also 2 parks within walking distance. You have access to a two car garage. The space This place is about a 2 minute drive to the Pocatello Temple and the Fairgrounds. The Portneuf Wellness Complex is about a mile away as well. We are around the corner from Highland Highschool, 8 minutes to the hospital and ISU, 10 minutes to Old Town Pocatello, 30 minutes to Lava Hot Springs, and 25 minutes to Pebble Creek Ski area. Please note: there is a small 1 bedroom apartment in the basement that is currently occupied, and guests/tenants do not share access. Guest access The guests have access to the main area of the home. There is a small 1 br apt in the basement that has a separate entrance. You may see the tenants car, but other than that there is little to no interaction. Other things to note Absolutely no events allowed. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies.
