Private lake home less than 1 hour from the cities

Welcome to the lake. Spacious 2 bedroom lake home that comfortably sleeps 6. Located on the shores of Mink Lake with access to adjoining Sommers Lake. Gradual natural shoreline for fishing or swimming. Bring your own boat, private dock on site. Large deck overlooking the lake, great for entertaining. The space Private 2 bedroom cabin. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has full over full bunk beds. The living room includes a full pull out bed. 2 parking spaces provided. Other things to note Guests will need to access cabin using stairs from parking area. Lake access requires walking down a short hill with a steep grade. Property is located on a natural lake meaning lake weeds and water clarity is out of our control and change day to day. There are 2 parking spots available to guests. There is not street parking. Note: Dock is put in mid May and removed October 1st. Note: Bookings lasting longer than 20 days will require additional cleanings at the guests expense by the owner’s cleaner. Note: Property will accept long term bookings in November through March only. Note: the minimum age to book our property is 21 years old.
