Guest access There is NO DESIGNATED PARKING at the property but there is plenty of street parking available on Downing, Arizona or Mississippi! Other things to note - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am so as to not disturb the tenants on the lower level - Please remove your shoes upon entering due to the hardwood floors. - We do not allow parties or events. - Please make sure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate. - ALL smoking must be done outside. Please do not cover or disable the smoke detectors. There is a $100 violation fee. - To avoid any insects please don't leave food out overnight. - Any pet other than a dog must be approved in advance. We have dogs ourselves and we want to provide our guests the option to travel with their pet. However we have had some irresponsible dog owners in the past and now feel the need to clearly state some requirements.
