A new 5-star vacation rental offered by Asuncion Ridge Vineyards and Inn, The Somm house rests on a 107 acre private parcel in the heart of the Paso Robles wine country. A true country feel with beautiful views in all directions, yet a short 10 minute drive to the restaurants and tastings rooms in downtown Paso. We are also only minutes away from several other local wineries. This new property of Asuncion Ridge will the future site of our new winery, tasting room and 30 acre vineyard. The Somm House spans close to 4000 s.f. of living space and was custom-built with quality materials and craftsmanship. The home has been professional decorated and offers hardwood flooring, high ceilings with double crown moldings, a large, chef designed kitchen,(as well as an outdoor kitchen), spacious bedrooms with tile and natural stone baths, zoned heating and air for our quests comfort, and exceptional views of rolling hillsides dotted with old Oaks and vineyards beyond. The expansive outside terrace space is perfect for intimate gatherings. Guest have full access to the main residence and patio areas surrounding the home. Also, guest may walk the property. There are two additional residences on the 107 acre site, one other vacation rental (the "Cellar Masters Quarters") and the other has a full time occupant. All residences are completely separate and private from one another. If our guests need anything during their stay, either the winemaker, Philip, or myself are available by phone or text to make their stay more enjoyable. It is our goal to provide our guests with a much privacy as they desire. The Somm House is located about 10 minutes from downtown Paso where many fine restaurants and other entertainment facilities are located. We are also very close to several wineries including Cass, Sculptura, Stillwaters, Hanson, Pomar Junction, St.Margene, Burbank Ranch, plus many others near the 46 and the westside of Paso. There is ample parking for guests on the property. Uber is available in the area but please be specific about your pick-up location.
