This boutique-style luxe, (no-stairs) basement offers Beauty Rest mattresses and Hotel linens and towels. A full kitchen, laundry, Super-fast WIFI, your own thermostat and fireplace, plus a patio and yard to enjoy, this is your home away from home. NOTE: We are for Non-Smokers only. Owner lives on property. Located: 40 Min. South of Denver's International Airport. The space This spacious, upscale home and neighborhood offers a lower level/walk-out basement (no stairs) guest suite which is fully equipped. Snacks, bottled water, coffee and breakfast items to ensure a wonderful visit! Plus, the patio area is yours unless attention is needed for snow removal or gardening/lawn maintenance. The residence above the suite is owner occupied and due to a high sensitivity to smells, the entire home, both inside and out is smoke/pot and pet free for your peace of mind and health. With approximately 1350 ft.², the layout is as follows; the entry, with coat and shoe rack along with the desk area, followed by the Master bedroom on one side of the suite, while bedrooms, 2 and 3 are on the other side. In between, is an open concept; family room, dining and kitchen. The bathroom with laundry is separated at the back, just past the kitchen. All this on one floor, no stairs to maneuver. Note: There are 2 steps on the garden’s side pathway leading down to the door of the suite. You will be overlooking a huge garden to enjoy and relax in, this entire Guest Suite and patio areas are designated as a NO smoke/vape/drug and pet- free home. ***No smoke etc. includes ALL areas of the home, inside as well as outside. Sorry, no parties, no events. This is a place to relax in peace and feel comfortable doing so. We all need a bit of calm these days. And the neighbors would appreciate this too. Start with your own pair of slippers at the entrance. Then perhaps a Green Tea from the Keurig (single serve coffee/ tea/hot chocolate maker). Or just a bottled water and a light snack. These all await your arrival. Your private suite has 3 bedrooms with Queen size ‘Beauty Rest’ mattresses and Hotel quality bed linens. Additionally, the bedrooms have large closets and enough shelving to unpack and stay awhile. A comfy swivel chair to relax in and ceiling fans. The Primary bedroom has its own Smart TV and a “Fandelier”. A spacious Mediterranean inspired bathroom with walk-in shower, private WC, double vanity-sinks and soft, fluffy towels at the ready. Hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner/ soap. Washer and dryer with laundry soap/ dryer sheets, iron and ironing board for your personal use. A full-size kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, Quartz counters and cooking equipment such as the basic pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, serving platters. Plates, bowls, utensils and glassware. Plates and cups for the little ones too. Olive oil, pan-spray, salt and pepper provided. The family room with fireplace on remote and curved Smart TV ready for your apps. There’s a desk/ computer area with USB ports and WIFI on the house. Nest thermostat for your own heating/ air conditioning temperature preference and comfort. While the Sweet Suite is very family friendly (Graco ‘Pack and Play’ and highchair/ booster, child plates, cups and utensils, step stool and toys available in the closets), we do ask for a ***$50 PER STAY*** for the use/rental of the ‘Pack and Play/ baby bath/ high chairs etc. to cover the extra cleaning and laundry required for the use of these Amenities during your stay. ***Please let us know prior to arrival that you would like these baby/toddler/child Amenities set up for you and how many baby/toddler/children there are. Sit and enjoy the patio while listening to the soothing sounds of the fountain, during the warmer seasons. Or make snow-Angels in the winter months and then come in for some hot chocolate by the fireplace. Tons of light, a huge yard for the kids to play in or use the connected gate-access to the elementary school’s playground when the school kids are not using. Or if you prefer, within a 5- minute walk out the back gate, head over to the community pool available (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and let the kids enjoy the kiddie pool or the “Swirly Slide” for the bigger ones. Miscellaneous: For your safety and peace of mind, this home is equipped with self-check-in, Smart front door lock (each guest’s combination is changed out per visit), Radon Mitigator, fire extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide detectors, smoke alarms and light activated cameras that record motion upon entry and exit of the property. Surrounding Conveniences: Starbucks/ Chipotle/ Jimmy Johns/ McDonalds/ Grocery stores 0.5 miles away. Denver’s International Airport, DIA only a 30-40 minute drive. Churches/Mosques/ Temples all nearby. High-end restaurants, Ted’s Montana Grill, Mt Fuji Sushi and Hibachi, Wine Experience & Café, plus shopping (Sam’s Club, Walmart) in Southland Mall, a mere 10-minute drive. Or just chill and make dinner for the evening. Sprouts (organic grocers) and King Soopers (general grocers) a few minutes’ drive just up the road. Coloradans are an outdoorsy and sport minded group, so all the outdoor and sports you can take in are available throughout the year. Museums, the Zoo, all in Denver, Garden of the Gods in The Springs and of course winter sports! Drive to Vail in just 2 hours, Beaver Creek in under 2.5 hours.
