Beautiful townhome located in Regal Palms Resorts, Davenport, Florida just 10 miles from Walt Disney World property! Easy drive to Disney or Universal. Beautiful resort pool, lazy river, and waterslide with access to other amazing amenities. If you are looking for a fun spot for a family vacation, this is your all-in-one place! The space Resort amenities, close to theme parks. Close enough to the fun at the pool, but situated in a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle. Guest access The whole house is yours! Resort amenities are an extra $20 per day. Payment is made during check-in at the front desk. Guest wristbands will be provided for access to the main gate and pool area. Other things to note The driveway can hold up to 2 cars easily parked next to each other. There is no street or grass parking due to resort rules. If you have visitors coming, please contact the front desk staff to go over guest the parking location and procedures. Garbage must be thrown away in large kitchen sized trash bags only. No small plastic shopping bags or loose trash thrown in the bin. Garbage will be collected every day or every other day depending on the season. If trash is not getting picked up, please check the bin and make sure these procedures have been followed. There is a $15 resort fee if these rules are not followed properly.
