Lilium Luxury Apartment is a brand new holiday apartment perfectly located just 100m from the beach of Nissaki with its crystal clear water, a couple of steps from excellent waterfront tavernas, supermarket, bus stop and just 50m away from a swimming pool complex (open to the public). It is definitely the perfect holiday home for all those guests looking for luxury as well as high value for money in an exclusive location virtually on the waterfront without the need to rely constantly on a car. The space Sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, Lilium Luxury Apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price), beautifully furnished, set to impress for its space, atmosphere and breathtaking views to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, next to the property, there is also an independently run swimming pool complex with bar and restaurant which is open to the public (opening dates - usually end of may until beginning of october - and entrance requirements may vary). The apartment is set on the first and upper floor of a small corfiot traditional building. Entrance via the large private sea-facing terrace is onto the open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen area. There area armchairs (satellite TV, wi-fi internet), useful kitchen corner, dining table. There are 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with amazing sea-views (as well as balcony doors leading to the panoramic terrace) and a twin, sharing a family bathroom with shower. Outside, apart from the large terrace with stunning views to the sea (furnished with dining table and chairs for unforgettable al-fresco meals) there is a large built-in barbecue reserved for the guests of our apartments as well as a shared laundry room. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
