Located in the heart of Park Slope, situated on the ground fl of 180+ year old brownstone. An in-laws suite with old world charm, left intentionally rustic. It is cozy, chic, & sits on an extra wide tree lined block, conveniently located off 7th ave. Walking distance to all of Park Slope's restaurants, bars & stores. Easy access to public transportation. Great for anyone who wants to explore NYC or live like a local. Please read my profile bio and in your request please answer. The space We present a private hidden gem suite...A king sized european pillow top mattress awaits your slumber, with crisp linens. Lounge on the couch (not pictured) and watch TV, with cable and fast wifi, including streaming your favorites shows via the fire stick. Harwood floors, well stocked kitchenette (small kitchen) with place settings for 4 people (although why would you want to cook when you can eat in or out at a different restaurant each night). Refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, stove/oven, expresso maker, tea kettle, pots/pans, spatula, tongs, spoon, & utensils. Eat or work on the dining table ( it extends if you need more room). To maximize space you’ll find many cooking essentials in our entertainment center under the TV including coffee, tea and sugar selections. To refresh or unwind fresh towels: a bathroom with vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination, with amazingly hot water pressure. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. In the closet to the right of the entertainment center you’ll find an iron & ironing table. To open pull the door with just a little bit of force. A professional housekeeper cleans and disinfects the entire suite and its contents, we also employ a laundry service who washes all towels: kitchen, hand, washcloths, bath towels; sheets, protective pillowcases and mattress protector as well as duvets, pillow covers throw pillows, curtains, shower curtains, quilts and comforters after each and every stay. A radiator (that makes occasionally gurgles) to keep you very warm in the winter (please let us know if you are too hot or too cold after check in). We also have a space heater should you require it. In the summer there is a window AC unit, which hums. Please note due to availability you may not get the exact suite requested, and might be accommodated in a comparable one within the brownstone. I will always go over the available options with you prior to accepting your booking. If you need to wash your clothing, a laundromat is two blocks way, there is also a pick up and drop off service ( you can pay directly) should you desire. Should you require a housekeeper ours can be arranged for an additional fee. If you traveling with more people ask me about availability in our other guest suites. If traveling with an infant or baby we have available a Baby Bjorn travel crib, play mat, Mamaroo rocker, and high chair. These items are washed and disinfected with (PureGreen24 Disinfectant, Kills Deadly Germs Without The use of Toxic Chemicals) for each guest and available for use during your stay. Please let me know at time of booking if you need it. If you decide to book with us please provide your complete travel itinerary including airline name, and flight number for your Arrival and Departure. As we have to coordinate check in/out and housekeeping. Finally, please let us know AT TIME OF BOOKING if you will require a paid early check-in or late check out as we usually have back-to-back guests so we must schedule cleaning in advance that way we can be sure to accommodate everyone. We can not accommodate last minute requests. You’re welcome to use anything and everything. Just please let me know if you’ve broken anything in advance. Guest access The entire space is yours. Please treat it as such. Other things to note This suite imbues an amazing positive energy and provides an escape from the city's hustle. A peaceful yet energetic relaxing, home away from home. Please be aware that other residents have pets on the premises, but not in our suite. Please note due to availability you may not get the exact suite, but may be accommodated in a comparable one within the brownstone (for example if you book a studio suite, or a 1 bedroom suite). If your reservation would merit such change, I will inform you, I will always go over the available options with you in advance. Early Check-in & Late Check-out: There is a fee for early and late check in/out and is open depending on availability. First right of refusal applies. My goal is to accommodate everyone, should you desire specific times, please let me know at time of booking. We have back-to-back guests the majority of the time and can not accommodate last minute requests. Early check in/ Late Check out is available on a fee basis; if this is an absolute requirement for your stay we recommend booking the night before/after ( if available) to insure availability. Late check out is offered based on availability until 3:00 pm and is assed a fee. Check-out after 3:00 pm is charged an additional night. Additionally if the apartment is left in a filthy condition an extra $125 cleaning charge will be levied. During the winter months please let me if you are too hot or too cold, please don’t change or adjust the setting of the radiator nor tinker with the valve without first speaking with me.
