The villa has an area of 450 m2 and a garden of 2700 m2 that is fully integrated with the surrounding nature. It can comfortably accommodate 14 people. Terras de Bouro is the ideal starting point for those looking to discover the Peneda Gerês National Park, staying in a quiet and very charming village. Guest access When booking Villa Bouro, guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and can enjoy complete privacy not only in the house but also in the garden and barbecue area. Other things to note The house has 3 floors and therefore many stairs. On the ground floor is the entrance floor, the first floor is the living rooms and kitchen and the second floor is the bedrooms and bathrooms. It is not adapted for people with mobility problems and special attention is required for parents with young children. Important! Villa Bouro is literally my dream home, and I love it. But it is important to be aware that the house was built in 1990 and that I acquired this house just over two years ago and that since then I have done everything not only to recover it from the state it was in but also to improve and update it constantly. I spend all the money from the reservations on improvements. However, it is important to know that it is a very large house and can be cold in the winter months. The vast majority of Portuguese houses are very poor in thermal insulation and unfortunately this house is no exception. To remedy this problem, I recently installed air conditioning in all the bedrooms and a wood-burning stove in each of the main living rooms. Therefore, before booking, you need to know that there is no central heating and that the heating of the main rooms is done through the wood-burning heat recovery system.
