Welcome to Walnut Peak, a newly built modern design cabin with spectacular views, perfect for relaxation and entertainment! Boasting 3 fireplaces and a partially heated 800 sq. ft. screened entertainment deck, there is something for everyone to do! Conveniently located approximately 15-20 minutes from both Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the arts and crafts community. The space The entertainment deck is perfect for family time, card games, game days, or just relaxation with its 65” tv, outdoor gas fireplace, dining table for 8, hot tub, ping pong table, or pull up a stool at the roll-up glass pass thru. Views! from the main level bedrooms and living room make it hard to leave! -Cabin is approximately 1600 sq. ft -Entertaining area approximately 800 sq. ft. -Flat Parking area for 3 cars, NO Trailers please. -Cable TV and Wifi Available- please log out before leaving if you use netflix etc. -Indoor Fireplace is seasonal. Turned on Oct 1 thru April 15th. -Outdoor Fireplaces will remain on year round. KITCHEN/COOKING -Keurig Duo both drip and K-cups (BYO Coffee) -Gas Grill on main level deck. -Blender, Toaster -BYO favorite condiments/ingredients including salt/pepper due to Covid19 MAIN LEVEL -Outdoor Fireplace -Living Room- 65” tv has seating for 8. -Kitchen- dining for 4 at kitchen island. -Main Master suite has a King Bed, with 50” Tv with ensuite bathroom with a soak tub and tiled shower. Blackout curtains and blinds only on sliding glass door and bedside windows. -Second King suite with 50” tv, ensuite bathroom with tiled shower. Blackout curtains and blinds only on sliding glass door and bedside windows. LOWER LEVEL -Bedroom with 2 double beds and 50” tv. -Hall bathroom with Tub/Shower combo. -60 game arcade game -Small kitchenette with beverage cooler and roll up glass pass thru. ENTERTAINMENT DECK -Screened and partially heated for year round fun. Ping pong, fireplace, and dining area have infrared heaters. -Outdoor fireplace with seating for 8 -Hot tub for 4-6 people -Dining table for 8 -Ping pong table -65” TV -Corn hole Guest access Guests have access to entire property with exception of the owners closets. Other things to note -Cancellations- Our policy is strict and do not allow cancellations, please obtain travel insurance if you think you may need to cancel. -You are in the mountains, some roads are steep, narrow, and windy. During weather events 4wd or chains may be needed and sometimes roads may be impassable for a couple days, please prepare accordingly. -Wildlife- While we don't charge for the wildlife experience, please be aware there are bears, bugs, birds, bats, and critters around and they are smart. Bears are dangerous, please do NOT feed them. Please do not leave doors open to cabin, vehicles unlocked, or leave food in vehicles. Use locking trash bin please. -Pets are NOT allowed. Host has severe allergies. If you sneak a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 for deep cleaning and you will be asked to leave with no refund. -MAX occupancy of 8. -3 vehicles max. -NO SMOKING/VAPING inside cabin/screened entertainment deck or on decks. Guests will be charged for cleaning and damages. Please pickup after yourself if you smoke in parking area. -NO fires, this means candles or other outdoor flames besides the approved fireplaces. Guest will be charged for damages -No refunds for weather, power outages, or other natural disasters that are beyond our control. -Shampoo, conditioner, condiments, food storage bags, foil, are NOT provided. -A starter kit consisting of liquid hand soap, 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll paper towels, 1 bottle dish soap, and garbage bags are provided. If you need more, please bring with you. -Use Hot Tub at own risk!! The hot tub is for guests over 25 and over, please do not use if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. -No early check in or late check out. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour. -Fireplaces- these are gas logs and are fragile. Please do not roast smores or put anything inside fireplaces. Do not move fire logs around. Supervise children at all times near fireplaces. Guests will be charged for cleaning/damages.
