Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including: • 3 comfortable bedrooms • Bright living room with panoramic sea views • Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals • Outdoor terrace with dining area, lounge chairs, and sunbeds • Direct beach access, perfect for sunrise walks, evening swims, or simply relaxing by the sea All areas are private and exclusively for guest use. Free on-site parking is also available. Important Notice - An additional €10 per day electricity fee is payable in cash upon arrival. - A €300 refundable security deposit is required in cash upon arrival and will be returned at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Other things to note Beach Access: The house has direct beachfront access, so please watch children and non-swimmers carefully. Waves can vary depending on the season. Quiet Hours: We value our peaceful neighborhood. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Pets & Smoking: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only outdoors on the terrace. Safety: The house is family-friendly, but guests are responsible for their own safety while on the beach and using inside and outdoor spaces. Parking: Free on-site parking is available for guests. Local Amenities: Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. We provide a welcome guide with our personal recommendations. The villa is hosted by Andri Morfiti and her professional team of colleagues, including a great maintenance and housekeeping team. We are an experienced group that have a vast knowledge of the island and the amazing sights. We can assist you with airport transfers, excursions, car rentals and much more, on request. Our housekeeping team are available 24/7, therefore, if you wish to have a mid-holiday clean, please request it. This is an extra fee of which, you will pay the housekeepers.
