Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including: 3 bedrooms, Living room with panoramic sea views. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Outdoor terrace with dining area and lounge chairs and sunbeds. Direct access to the beach — enjoy sunrise walks, evening swims, and relaxing by the sea anytime. All areas are private and exclusively for guest use. Parking is available on-site Notice. There is a €10 extra fee, per day for electricity Payable in cash on arrival. A deposit of €300.00 is paid cash on arrival and will be paid back to you on departure. Other things to note Beach Access: The house has direct beachfront access, so please watch children and non-swimmers carefully. Waves can vary depending on the season. Quiet Hours: We value our peaceful neighborhood. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Pets & Smoking: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only outdoors on the terrace. Safety: The house is family-friendly, but guests are responsible for their own safety while on the beach and using inside and outdoor spaces. Parking: Free on-site parking is available for guests. Local Amenities: Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. We provide a welcome guide with our personal recommendations. The villa is hosted by Andri Morfiti and her professional team of colleagues, including a great maintenance and housekeeping team. We are an experienced group that have a vast knowledge of the island and the amazing sights. We can assist you with airport transfers, excursions, car rentals and much more, on request. Our housekeeping team are available 24/7, therefore, if you wish to have a mid-holiday clean, please request it. This is an extra fee of which, you will pay the housekeepers.
