Located across from a green belt with a creek, with ample street parking for guests. The space The house is located in a quiet neighborhood across from a green belt reserve. There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom with his and her sink, and walk in closet. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom. All have new full sized beds, and one bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. The highlight is the living room with a 70 inch HD television. The dining table sits up to 8 people, with additional seating at the kitchen bar counter. In the kitchen we have all your cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware and plates, coffee cups, silverware, and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc). The kitchen has a brand new stove, brand new side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee maker and some k-cups to enjoy your morning coffee. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property except the garage. The driveway can park 4 cars, and free street parking is also available. The backyard has a small table and a picnic table. Both tables have an outdoor umbrella with lights. We also have a 4-burner gas grill available upon request. There is a small extra fee to use the grill to cover maintenance and propane costs. We also have a basketball hoop across the street in front of the house. We leave a basketball in the house. We also have board games, and a set of bean bag/cornhole boards for outdoor use.
