Short term license number: SR230002 The space The main floor offers two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), one full bathroom, living room, dining space, along with a kitchen that has all of the essentials you may need during your stay. The finished basement has a third bedroom (two twin beds), game room, and laundry. The game room has a table with seating for four as well as a combo game table that includes mini pool, ping pong, foosball, & slide hockey. The home also has a back deck perfect for entertaining with a grill and fire pit table. Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This is not a house for gatherings or events as it is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise monitor, smart smoke detector, and exterior security cameras will detect any nuisances or violations. Please include all overnight guests in your reservation, failure to do so may result in a fine or mid-stay cancellation. NO SMOKING OR DRUGS Any guests who smoke in the property will be a charged an extra $600 odor removal cleaning fee. The stairs leading to the basement are a little steep so please use with caution.
