While the space is small and cozy and located in an alley, we have tried hard to create an oasis within the boundaries of our property line. You can relax in the courtyard and enjoy the night sky strung with colored lights and comfy chairs. Or take a stroll down to the waters edge (morning or night) just a few short blocks away. Please note that the bedroom and bathroom are like tiny house living. The bedroom does fit a queen size bed and room to walk around on either side along with space for luggage and anything that needs to be hung. The bathroom has been referred to as a European sized bathroom. There is a full tiled shower with a seat to allow for more head room as the space is as unique as the old carriage house itself. Tall folks (6' +) just be aware, it may be more comfortable to sit and shower than stand. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the City Cottage Courtyard is shared between two rentals and our business owner. For the safety and security of guests and the business owner, there is one exterior camera facing the courtyard.
