I cannot guarantee outside fence does not have areas where pets can escape yard so please watch over them. You have the entire home to yourself along with the large fenced backyard and covered patio. The house is located a short walk (1/2 block) from HEB and 2 short blocks off Main St. A cute street of new and older homes. Friendly and quite neighbors. Safe, and family friendly.
