Our Craftsman style village home is walkable to stores, train & river, on a quiet dead end with a yard abutting a nature preserve and outdoor shower in the backyard. Hiking, shopping, eating & the river at your fingertips. New construction, so not all finishes are well, finished (front porch, outside finish & stairs). We have friendly cats who remain on the property. They're pretty low key. We have parking for at least 6 cars as well as on street parking, and abundant space for your group. We are in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the Main Street in the village. Our family home is set up for big family meals overlooking the nature preserve, as well as in the serene backyard. The master bedroom has a private balcony that also overlooks the wooded area behind the house. Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the enclosed back yard, outdoor shower, patio, and garden. We also have a gorgeous outdoor shower for your use. There is a small AirBnB apartment attached to the house, so there may be other renters, but they are contained to their own entryway. You will have full privacy, and yet we are nearby in case you need anything at all. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and just around the corner from bustling Main St. We are walking distance from the train and have ample parking as well. We have a new chef's kitchen with a 48" range with double ovens for those who love to cook. There is also a large grill in the backyard with a huge outdoor table as well as an outdoor living room with a fire pit. We have two mellow cats who remain with the property.
