You are also within walking distance to Beach, Shopping, Transit, as well as restaurants and grocery! Other things to note IMPORTANT: kindly note as we are a 90 night minimum stay rental, we ask our guests to sign a BC rental agreement and Form K (renter registration) at time of booking, provide copies of all guest passports, and we will request a $1250 CAD security/damage deposit through the Airbnb resolution portal. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to your credit card by Airbnb through the Airbnb resolution portal. Airbnb’s credit card provider takes approx 10 business days to show the refund back to your credit card statement. Alternatively, we also take it in cash and can be returned back in cash at time of check out inspection. The reason we do this is because the “Security Deposit” function from Airbnb is not enforceable due to the fact that Airbnb does not authorize any funds on the credit card of payment for the amount that is inputted.
