This light, airy and spacious 1 bedroom property has everything you need for a short break or an even longer stay and even comes with its own hot tub in private patio area We have 10 pin bowling, crazy golf, arcade, park, swimming and beach just a few minutes stroll from the property The space This is a beautifully presented, light and airy spacious property with a kitchen, living room/dining area and large bedroom with a luxurious and comfortable Kingsize bed plus separate WC and walk in shower with a double sofa bed in the lounge area with bedding for the sofa bed provided for the 3rd & 4th guests ONLY unless otherwise requested It has a small private patio area with outdoor table and seating to the rear of the property with its very own hot tub Guest access Guests have the whole property to themselves and do not share any space with any other guests Other things to note The property is dog friendly for up to 2 small/medium dogs and has its own private patio area with dogs ideally but not essentially being crate trained. We do ask that dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture during your stay or if they are likely too then please bring your own blankets/throws with you as a matter of courtesy. Please make us aware beforehand if you are bringing any dogs with you. We do cater specifically for couples and families and offer a relaxed, quiet and peaceful surrounding We do not accept group bookings such as birthday parties, hen nights, stag nights, girls/lads weekends away etc so please contact us if you are unsure We ask that the property is left as it is found and where possible things such as bins emptied, washing up done, dried and put away before departure and ALL dog excrement is removed to enable us to have a swift turnaround for all guests
