This is an entire apartment space a block from the beach and has all the essentials needed for a stay. You will find two beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet and lots of towels. Two adult beach passes are included but if lost cost $115 to replace. I just put in a new AC with remote this year. There is a 32” Vizio smart tv, a full length mirror, an ironing board with iron and hair dryer. The space This is a private apartment and your privacy is important to me. Parties are not suitable for this space or the quiet building. There are two twin sized mattresses. The pop up trundle slides out and pops up. The kitchen with gas stove is fully operational. Please only use one appliance at a time in the microwave area. Guest access There is a laundry room in the next building over. It’s accessible from the middle walkway between the buildings and is on the right side when you walk down the walkway. You can usually smell the dryers going. You must bring your own quarters. Other things to note This is a garden-level, bottom floor studio in an older apartment building. The building is not fancy and not perfect. It’s more of a “city apartment” located by the beach. There is a bohemian vibe to the building and the residents are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. There is a large trash dumpster that is to the far left of the building. I would not chain any bikes to the fence across the street. I don’t mind if you bring the bikes inside the building. The safest place is inside the apartment but it will be tight. Most tenants park their bikes under the stairs. Park at your own risk. There is a ramp to the far left of the building for bikes. That’s when facing the building.
