I keep my work phone on me at all times in case you need to get in touch with me! -Derby is very family-friendly and has some beautiful parks to go check out, a sand volleyball/pickleball complex, and Field Station Dinosaurs for the little ones! -Centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet neighborhood that's just a hop, skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita. -The city of Derby is in a quiet suburb of Wichita, with new local businesses sprouting up all the time! - If you need to stop and grab some groceries or forgot a few items, there is a grocery store right up the road from us! -We are located just off Meadowlark Drive and Longhorn Drive. Just up the street from Meadowlark is a major road known as Rock Road. -Garage is open to guests and the driveway can park three cars. -We are just a short drive from many cities including downtown Wichita, Mulvane, and Goddard. -The Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport is a 22-minute drive from our house. -10 minutes from the McConnell Air Force Base. -18 minutes from the Century II Performing Arts Center.
