- Centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet neighborhood that's just a hop, skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita. -The living room has cozy furniture nestled around the fireplace. -Large fenced backyard with a fire pit and cornhole. -Pack N' Play -Comfortable bedding and mattresses including a King Purple Mattress in the master bedroom. -10 minutes away from the McConnell Air Force Base. -10 minutes from Spirit Aerosystems -There is a 55-inch smart TV and Roku remote in the living room. -We offer a washer/dryer on the main floor - We have a grill in the back if you want to have a barbecue with the family! - Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, utensils, bakeware, and even some goodies on the dining room table for you! -bunk bed with full mattresses We have a smart lock on the front door which I will give you a personal code to the day before check-in. - We ask that you only lock the smart lock and not the doorknob, as that will lock you out of the house entirely. I am available to help with any questions you might have during your stay and can offer great local bites and hangouts! I keep my work phone on me at all times in case you need to get in touch with me! -Derby is very family-friendly and has some beautiful parks to go check out, a sand volleyball/pickleball complex, and Field Station Dinosaurs for the little ones! -The home is in a quiet town just 15 minutes outside of Wichita. -The city of Derby is in a quiet suburb of Wichita, with new local businesses sprouting up all the time! - If you need to stop and grab some groceries or forgot a few items, there is a grocery store right up the road from us! -We are located just off Meadowlark Drive and Longhorn Drive. Just up the street from Meadowlark is a major road known as Rock Road. -Garage is open to guests and the driveway can park three cars. -We are just a short drive from many cities including downtown Wichita, Mulvane, and Goddard. -The Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport is a 22-minute drive from our house. -10 minutes from the McConnell Air Force Base. -18 minutes from the Century II Performing Arts Center. We take pride in making your stay as comfortable as possible because if you're not at home, why would you want to be less comfy?! -We offer plush mattresses and soft linens so you can be nice and relaxed after a great night's sleep!
