The hot tub requires 3-4 hours to heat up, and guests are responsible for heating it. Our neighbors have a friendly dog who may greet you upon arrival – please keep your furry friends on a leash. Lastly, we kindly request that you refrain from allowing your pets on the second floor or on beds or couches.
