The house has two nice bedrooms, an office to work online, a large terrace, with part of it covered, a large and comfortable living room, a large and well-equipped kitchen, a toilet and a full bathroom. It is located in a usually quiet and very well located residential complex, a 5-minute walk from Morro Jable beach and all the town's amenities. On the wonderful terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic climate of Fuerteventura all year round, with unique views of the sea. Street parking is usually easy next to the apartment, a few meters from the door. The master bedroom has air conditioning as it is the hottest. The other rooms do not have air conditioning, but there is a portable fan. Guest access The apartment is for the private use and enjoyment of guests. There are no common areas. There is only one small closet in the apartment that contains the owner's personal belongings that customers cannot access. The washing machine is on the property and is for guests' private use. Other things to note We're usually flexible with apartment check-in and check-out times whenever possible, but it needs to be agreed upon in advance. Please ask us about it.
