Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities! Washer & Dryer for guests use located in common laundry which is a separate common area, shared with our housekeeper when she needs to clean the other unit. Large PRIVATE fenced outdoor space that has a propane firepit and comfortable outdoor seating. Pack n play, is available on request. FREE parking for (2) vehicles in driveway & FREE Street Parking NOTE: This is a main level duplex on one level. There is a separate apartment on the property and there may be other guests present. BOTH units have completely private and separate entrances and outdoor spaces! Guest access Guests have access to the entire private duplex, private outdoor space & shared laundry Other things to note ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. ~This property does NOT accept pets of any kind.
