This spacious upper-floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a King bed in each bedroom and the third with 2 Queen beds, each of them with their own ensuite bathroom, in total 3 1/2 bathrooms, also a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room. The space Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. Guest access This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in the incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft. Other things to note Please note that at least one guest staying in the unit must be 21 or older. A $200 hold for incidentals will be placed on your debit or credit card when you check in. The balance of the hold will be released back to your bank after accounting for any room charges. Charges paid at the property: Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite). Should you choose to park with us, the cost is $37.45/night. We are a dog-friendly resort; we allow 1 dog of max. 30lb or 2 dogs that equal the maximum weight. If you bring your pup with you, we charge $96.05/night to cover additional cleaning needed. Please contact us at the property if you have questions about size restrictions. Qualified ADA service dogs, including PSDs, are exempt from the Pet fee. Please note that ESA dogs are not covered under the ADA certification and will be charged as pets. If you need a Pack n Play, we have these available for $21.40/night We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
