The space This vacation home is centrally located in Cape Coral, on a fresh water canal. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, away from busy roads. The photos provide a good impression of the room arrangements and size of the home. As you enter the house, you will feel welcomed by the open floor plan and modern design. There's a large living room area with a sectional couch and 75'' flat screen smart tv; fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and eat in kitchen w/bar seating; dining room with seating for 6, and a high chair for kids; relaxing den area with comfy reading chairs and coffee table; sliding glass doors with a wonderful view of the pool and the canal. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass doors offering direct access and a view of the patio area and pool, 55'' smart tv, large walk-in closet in the hallway leading to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bathtub, 2 sinks - opposite sides, and toilet. The 1st guest bedroom has two full size beds, closet, and pool view. Down the hall from the 1st guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a shower & tub, sink, and toilet; small linen closet; and the 2nd guest bedroom which has a queen bed, closet, 43'' flat screen smart tv, adjustable work desk, office chair, and HDMI connectable monitor. The outdoor area boasts a large covered lanai; heated pool; seating for 6-8 people in addition to 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing; a gas grill; a completely fenced in and grassed backyard area; and fresh water canal access good for fishing and where you'll find many turtles. Guest access This house has keyless entry with a touchscreen front door smart lock, your unique code will be sent 3 days prior to and on the day of your reservation. There's also a two car garage guests have access to. Guests booking this vacation rental have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: - Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space respectfully. - Pets are allowed. You will be charged a $95 fee when reservation is made. The $95 covers up to two pets weighing no more than 50 pounds each. It measures 40" x 28.5" x 29" (LxWxH) - Bathrooms are equipped with body wash; shampoo; conditioner; hand soap; moisturizer, sunscreen, 2 rolls of toilet paper; and bath, face, and hand towels - Each bedroom has at least one foldable luggage rack, closet with hangers, extra pillows, throw blankets, and laundry baskets.
