One bed apartment next to Chesil Beach Dorset

Beach life, lots of local water sports or just chilling in this newly decorated and furnished apartment. Walk across the road to Chesil Beach, the World Heritage Jurassic coast; great walks or bike rides; short hop to Weymouth; Olympic Sailing and water sports site; paragliding, kayaking, Paddleboarding and so much more. Great fish restaurants. Cycling on the island is big & there’s a bike storage facility but you need to be able to bring your own bike lock as it’s open. The space A light airy and newly refurbished apartment with a large bathroom and one bedroom with king sized bed. Each room has large windows and the light is beautiful. The living area is open planned; dining table for 4, 3 seat sofa (bed) bean bag, Smart TV, and a kitchen area with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and the cooking basics. It is on the first floor of a converted 19th Grade II Listed building, a former coaching house and hotel. Guest access Key box is at the front door which can be found on the right hand side of the downstairs shop area. It is next to the letterbox for flat 5. Up the stairs and follow to the penultimate apartment Open the front door and it’s all yours 😊 Other things to note The main road runs parallel to the beach and the Royal Victoria Lodge is on this road. This means it is opposite and very close to the beach 😊🌞 but also the road. Noise may be an issue if you have all of the windows open and are sitting quietly inside at times of traffic. I don’t find it noisy but just want to let you know. We have now installed some secondary double glazing in the historic listed large windows so hopefully the noise will be softened when things get a bit noisy outside. ALSO: There is a bike store outside the front door! One could also store a kayak or other piece of holiday fun equipment if one could lock it up as the bike store is enclosed but not lockable.
