Guest access Beach Usage: Our rental property features just under 100 feet of private beach for your enjoyment. To ensure a positive experience for all, we require that you and your group agree to the following conditions: • You may use our beach exclusively and refrain from entering or using the beach areas belonging to our neighbors. Please respect their privacy and property boundaries. • Clean up after yourselves and dispose of any trash in the provided receptacles. • Do not remove or damage any beach equipment or property. Guests will be responsible for any damage incurred during their stay. Other things to note Campfire Pit Policy • Fire Size: Campfires must be kept small and manageable at all times. Use only a reasonable amount of firewood to maintain a controlled flame. • Containment: All fires must remain inside the designated fire pit. Do not allow flames to extend beyond the boundaries of the pit. • Spark Suppression: A wire rack must be placed over the top of the fire pit to suppress sparks and prevent them from flying around. This helps to minimize the risk of accidental fires. • Supervision: Never leave the campfire unattended. A responsible adult must be present at all times while the fire is burning. • Extinguishing: At the end of the night, the fire must be fully extinguished using water. Pour water over the flames and embers until they are completely out, and the ashes are cool to the touch. • Noise Control: Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors' privacy and tranquility. Avoid loud conversations, music, or other disruptive activities, especially during late hours. Pet Policy: As pet lovers, we welcome your furry friends to our rental property. However, for the comfort and safety of all guests, we require that you adhere to the following pet policy: • All pets must be always leashed while on the property, including the beach area. Please do not allow your pet to roam freely. • Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. • Pets must be well-behaved and non-disruptive to other guests. If your pet displays aggressive behavior or excessive noise, you may be asked to remove them from the property. • Any damage caused by your pet to the property, or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest. Please report any damage promptly.
