Inside, you’ll find a living room, dining area, and a full kitchen. The unit includes one private bedroom with a king-size bed, plus an additional king-size bed located in a common area. A full bathroom with an in-unit washer and dryer is also available. The driveway is shared, and parking is limited to one car per unit. To ensure both vehicles can fit, cars will need to pull all the way back and park to one side of the driveway. Guest access During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you are welcome to use any of the amenities provided. The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of. Other things to note Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
