Welcome to Dolly's Escape, your home away from home in Music City! As part of ComeVisitNashville's family of homes, we're thrilled at the prospect of hosting you. Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of East Nashville, Dolly's Escape is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience! Imagine a three-story haven, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space designed for making memories. We've crafted this posh townhome with your comfort in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. On the 3rd floor, discover the Primary Suite—a spacious retreat with a king bed and a bathroom boasting a massive walk-in shower. A second bedroom, also on the 3rd floor, offers two queen beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides a cozy haven with a queen bed, conveniently located on the first floor. Need more sleeping space? Our living room sofas transform into twin-size beds. We've included white noise machines and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. Unwind on the 2nd floor with the open-plan living/kitchen/dining space, accompanied by a half-bathroom. Relax in the living room with ample seating, a large TV, board games, and a collection of vinyl records for the perfect soundtrack to your Nashville adventure. Entertainment is at your fingertips with Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, ready for your favorite streaming services. (Bring along your account logins.) The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Enjoy meals together at the bar or dining table, creating memories that linger long after your stay. For families with little ones, we've got you covered with a pack-n-play, high chair, baby bath, and children's books. We've taken care of the essentials, providing towels, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, and even a washer & dryer for your convenience. Parking is a breeze with a private garage offering space for 2 compact cars or 1 larger vehicle, featuring a built-in EV charger. (Parking is limited to the garage. No additional on-site parking.) For our guests with pets, we welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash outside the rental. (Fee collected via the Resolution Center after booking. Check out the House Rules for more details.) Whether you're exploring the city's vibrant culture or enjoying a night in with board games and local tunes, Dolly's Escape is your ideal Nashville retreat. We look forward to hosting you! Guests have complete and private access to the entire townhome as well as the garage, with parking for 1-2 cars (depending on size). We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. We give our guests privacy and space, with keypad entry for ease of check-in. But we are always available by phone (text or call) for any questions, needs, or recommendations! We're in fun, vibrant East Nashville, with quick/easy access to just about everything you'd want to do in the city. There are several bars and restaurants in short walking distance (as well as a CrossFit gym and the world-famous Grimey's Record Shop, which often hosts live music). We're only 2 miles to Five Points, the social center of East Nash; 4 miles to downtown. There are tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, parks, and music venues within just a few square miles. You'll fall in love with this part of the city! Close and convenient access to: ★ Mickey’s Tavern (neighborhood dive bar), The Fox (speakeasy cocktail lounge), Nicoletto’s Pasta Co. (homemade pasta shop), world-famous Grimey’s Record Shop (which often hosts live music), CrossFit Rising Sun, Living Waters Brewing (craft beer brewery & coffee bar), fast food options (all less than a 5 min walk!) ★ Five Points - hip East Nashville neighborhood with bars & restaurants (2 miles / 6 min) ★ Nissan Stadium / CMA FEST (3.7 miles / 7 min) ★ Broadway bars & honky tonks/live music, like Tootsies, Acme, FGL House (4.4 miles / 11 min) ★ Bridgestone Arena (4.9 miles / 13 min) ★ Music City Center (4.9 miles / 13 min) ★ Ryman Auditorium (5 miles / 14 min) ★ Vanderbilt (7.3 miles / 13 min) ★ Belmont (7.5 miles / 14 min) ★ Centennial Park (8.1 miles / 15 min) ★ Germantown neighborhood (4.2 miles / 8 min) ★ 12 South neighborhood (7.9 miles / 15 min) ★ Music Row (6.3 miles / 13 min) ★ Grand Ole Opry (7.4 miles / 11 min) ★ BNA Nashville Airport (10.3 miles / 15 min) Remember that, being so close to downtown, it's an urban neighborhood. If you're a new user on Uber, you can get a discount on your first ride with the following promo codes. (This is a big help if you plan to use a rideshare service from the airport!) Uber: uberalece RECOMMENDATION: If you're planning to check out a few restaurants, spend evenings on or around Broadway and East Nashville, enjoy some live music, and hit a few tourist spots downtown, you don't need to rent a car. Stick with rideshares, as the hard-to-find and expensive downtown parking will likely cost you more. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown average only $10-$12! However, if you want to explore more of Nashville beyond downtown (and, trust me, there is plenty more to experience!), then rent a car as things are spread out. Just about everything is in about a 15-minute driving radius, which isn't bad at all! Make note, that Nashville does not have an extensive public transit system (at least not yet anyway... FINGERS CROSSED!), and it's not a very walkable city in that there isn’t a natural flow to walk between neighborhoods. The easiest way to get around town is in a car. — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 8 guests or less. Additional guests (up to our max occupancy of 10) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm & we cannot accommodate groups larger than 10. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. We have actively-recording security cameras at the front and garage doors. There are no cameras inside the home. Permit #2022_followedby_013862
