YOUR NASHVILLE ADVENTURE AWAITS Whether you’re here for a getaway with friends or a family trip to Music City, Dolly’s Escape is thoughtfully designed to make your stay easy, fun, and memorable. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the entire townhome as well as the garage, with parking for 1-2 cars (depending on size). We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers 8 guests or less. Additional guests (up to our max occupancy of 10) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm & we cannot accommodate groups larger than 10. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. For your safety and ours, two cameras are actively recording: one at the garage doors and a doorbell cam at your entry.
