We have 4-seater & 6-seater LSV Golf Carts! Guest access Our home currently has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has two double beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. There is a twin daybed and twin trundle in the living room. Bathroom #1 has a tub/shower combo. Bathroom #2 has a walk in shower. All living area is on one single floor; The concrete driveway and garage is used for owner storage and guests do not have access to them. There is plenty of parking in the gravel driveway for trucks, cars, boats and trailers! The fenced in backyard with outdoor patio is perfect to enjoy the salt air. During the harvesting season, you will love to pick fresh grapes, pears and blueberries from plants scattered throughout the property. This home has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has sofas and ceiling fans. Two flat screen Smart TV's & high speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use. Enjoy family dinners around the huge Lazy Susan dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more. Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST If you would like to bring your well-behaved dog, please message me BEFORE making a booking.
