Very conveniently located between Springfield and Nixa, close to dining and attractions yet offers a secluded atmosphere like nothing else in the area!! A perfect staycation close to town, or a great place to stay to explore both the Springfield and Branson areas. The space Enjoy a short walk on a boardwalk through the woods to get to your treehouse! The Sugar Maple Treehouse is set on a hill side, 25ft in the trees, offers a king suite, a private bathroom, unique "inside-outside" shower, and patio with panoramic views of the vally and river. The Affinity Riverside Estate is located above the treehouses, river access and short hikes available right below! Guest access We are located off S. Campbell, between Springfield and Nixa, You will pull into the private treehouse parking lot, grab your bag and head to the boardwalk which will take you directly to your unique treehouse cabin. The Riverside Cabin is located right below the treehouses on the James River, the Affinity Riverside Estate wedding and event venue is located above on the hill. You will have access to a river walk down below and incredible views from the boardwalk and treehouse balcony. Of course we are conveniently located between Springfield and Nixa, so dining options very close by, Bass Pro is a short 15 minute drive north on Campbell, and Branson is 35 minutes to the South! Other things to note A few things worth a mention: We are located DIRECTLY off S. Campbell so considering location, a VERY cool stay showing you a little of what the Ozarks has to offer! The treehouse is close to everything but there may be a bit of "road noise" from S. Campbell. Also there is an event venue above the cabin and occasionally you may hear the music. Also be prepared to walk a pretty steep short hill to "climb up" to your treehouse. It's not bad, but worth a mention! Currently MODOT is doing road construction on the bridge which is by the turn to the cabin.
