Private, in-law suite. 5 min drive to IU campus

As seasoned hosts on the Airbnb platform, we took a break hosting due to COVID, and then moved to a new home. However, we have taken the same charm from our precious home into this new space in hopes to welcome even more guests. This private entrance and large ensuite with bathroom and kitchenette will hopefully provide a cozy space that feels like home away from home. This listing is pet friendly. Pets must be declared in the booking details. Pet fee of $35 per stay. No cleaning fee :) This is a private room, and as such we will respect that guests would like their privacy. Unless a guest requests, we plan to give you space.
