Only 15 min by car is located the famous beach of Plakias, where you can visit near by, Skinaria beach, Amoudaki beach and Damnoni beach. Make sure you also explore the two gorges of the area "Kourtaliotis" and "Kotsifos" gorge as well as the city of Rethymno, located 25 min away. Other things to note Special activities can be arranged, such us cooking traditional meals with a private Cretan chef, or mountain hiking with a local explaining all the different species of Cretan Herbs and Plants.
