THE SPACE Light, spacious and stylishly decorated in Ibiza style. Large sliding doors open fully to the terrace in every room and seamlessly blend indoors and outdoors into one large, bright living space. The kitchen is fully equipped for long, cozy dinners at home, while the comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. Both bedrooms open directly to the terrace, so you wake up with views of blue sky and palm trees. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for extra comfort and privacy for couples, friends or families. THE TERRACE – YOUR PRIVATE HIGHLIGHT This is where life actually takes place. Southwest facing with sun from late morning to sunset, with multiple lounge areas, seating in the shade and a large swing umbrella, keeping it comfortable all day. Equipped with a large lounge sofa, a 3 meter long dining table, seating in the shade, hammock, sun beds and citrus trees. Many guests tell us they hardly leave the apartment. SWIMMING POOLS & SURROUNDINGS Two large swimming pools in the tropical gardens with palm trees create a quiet, resort-like atmosphere. Plenty of space, always relaxed and never too busy. Quiet, safe and excellently maintained. LOCATION Ideally located in a quiet residential area, yet close to everything. The beach and Puerto Banús are within walking distance. Marbella city center, golf courses, restaurants and beach clubs are within minutes. Close to the liveliness – far away from the hustle and bustle. Whether you come with your partner, family or for a sunny workation, this is a place to relax and feel at home. We are looking forward to welcome you! Guest access Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our host, who will hand over the keys and explain and show you everything calmly. You will receive: • a remote control for the garage • a key to the complex • the key to the apartment • a batch for the swimming pools During your stay, you can freely use the gardens, swimming pools, sunbeds and parasols. We kindly ask you to keep the keys/batch safe. In case of loss or theft, these must unfortunately be replaced and a fee of €150 may be charged. Other things to note To keep the stay comfortable, safe and relaxing for everyone, we kindly ask you to take the following into account: The apartment is intended for guests aged 25 years and older or families. For the mandatory registration, we request copies of the passports of all guests aged 18 and over in advance. Pets are possible in consultation and may incur additional costs. Smoking is not allowed inside, but outside on the terrace this is of course allowed. Parties, events and extra visitors who are not part of the booking are not allowed, so that the complex remains quiet. Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you limit noise after 11 p.m. Please note: do not close all sliding doors when you are sitting on the terrace, to avoid locking yourself out and high locksmith costs. The complex has common facilities and house rules for the use of swimming pools and gardens. Security is in place to ensure comfort and safety. Children always remain the responsibility of the parents. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. (we will agree on a specific time in advance). Check-out is no later than 10:30 a.m. so that the cleaning can prepare the apartment for the next guests. Thank you for leaving the apartment neat and tidy.
