Yucca Valley A car is needed to get to the home and around town. FAQ’s Because many people ask: 1. Payment- Airbnb handles all payments. Once you “submit a booking" and they will allow you the option to pay in full or in a payment installment plan. Cash, or other forms of payment outside of the platform, are not accepted and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit to hold the dates. 2. Deposit - Airbnb requires a deposit from all guests. However, the deposit amount is not charged to your card unless there is an incident during your stay. 3. Photos - These are all of the photos we have and would not be able to provide more. 4. Communication - Airbnb’s policy is to keep all communication on the platform until after you have booked. The site blocks telephone numbers and email addresses, so please do not send me your number and ask me to call you. 5. Mail / Deliveries - Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home. We advise all guests to use Amazon Locker locations or contact the local post office to have things held there. 6. Pets – Allowed with written consent from host and $150 pet fee per pet (2 pet max). Violators will be asked to vacate and forfeit deposit.
